You are "selling" auto parts which are already sold, but request money pay in front. When I paid with my credit card my order was accepted. Next day day my order was confirmed. Next day I received a message, that that part is not available and my order is cancelled. I was offered alternative, but your consultants can not provide the simplest answers to my questions. Your consultant named Roman has no right to be a seller or consultant. He is arrogant and don't want to answer a simple question. Your website looks very user friendly. As soon as you are on it offer of help pops up. But this kind of "help" is actually turning the customers off then attracting them. So, I decided to request the refund. Then all the fun started. You should expect if order didn't happen I should get my money back straight away. But that my expectation was not even close to reality. As per T&C I should get the return within 14 days. It's already 17 days since I filled return form and no money returned. So, I claimed a fraud to my credit card company and they started the refund process, which will last another 5 days. Stay away from this company, there are better alternatives in the market.
